This is from a film called "Wall of Silence" made by the BBC. It's about a so called "moiser" in Stamford Hill being killed by a fictitious group of chassidim.
It was actually only made for British TV so not a big hit or anything and was criticised by the haredi community at the time of its making.

but stealing the goverment thing....
in canda for example famliy with 6 children get like 5000$ for a month here its like 1500 shekles like nothing.
and its not stealing in every west country its like that...(for how much the country can afford considering the numbers of multiplie famliys and economic status of the state) thats why in isreal it that low.if it was with no propotion then you could say its a stealing or corouption\protactsia but it not the sitution
